Group Fitness

Hornet Fitness offers cutting-edge fitness classes to the Delaware State University community!  Many different class formats are available with a schedule that spans early morning through late evening. Our certified instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to leave you wanting more! Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals.  

Abs, Butt, Core

This 45 minute class will target all major muscle groups and help give you energy for the rest of the day. ABC combines resistance training, cardio endurance, and sculpting exercises that is guaranteed to strengthen and tone your body.

Dance W/ Dunny

Designed to get you moving to a variety of pop and hip hop tunes, Dance with Dunny is a high-energy, dance based cardio class where you can sweat out your stress, strengthen your body and increase stamina all while moving to your favorite songs.  No dance experience necessary!

Peace of Mind Yoga

A flowing mind/body practice integrating yoga to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress and improving endurance.
